No.: CAN 2 of 2020 (Old No. CAN 3980 of 2020) with I.A. No.: CAN 3 of 2020 (Old No. CAN 3981 of 2020) Manas Mukherjee -vs.- Soumi Mukherjee (Chakraborty) Mr. Nilanjan Bhattacharya Mr. S. Ghoshal ... for the petitioner/wife Mr. Probal Mukherjee, learned Senior Advocate Mr. Rohit Banerjee Mr. S. Ganguly Mr. S. Roy ... for the opposite party/husband The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party husband submits that the child has been delivered back to the temporary custody of the petitioner wife. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner wife confirms the same.

The parties have indicated to each other the terms of visitation and custody as petitioner wife has sought two weeks time to the same.

It is made clear that the earlier order dated 05.06.2020 specifying the visitation rights shall continue with the exception that the visitation by the husband shall not be to any public place and shall strictly follow

the Pandemic Guidelines of the Government.

The opposite party husband shall ensure all steps necessary for the protection of the child in course of the visitation.

It is suggested by the court that the visitation may be held preferably at the premises of the husband that has been taken on rent in the same Apartment where the wife resides.

List the matter after two weeks for further consideration.

All parties shall act on the Web copy of this Order accordingly.
