Smt. Sudeepta Basu Mr. Kallol Basu, Mr. Bratin Kumar Dey ...for the petitioner/Husband Mr. Saumyen Datta, Mr. Tapas Singha Roy the alleged contemnor/wife There is a ray of hope. There is a sliver lining to a dark cloud. The parties with the active assistance of their respective advocates, namely, Mr. Kallol Basu and Mr. Saumyen Datta have for the time being resolved the access and visitation procedure.
The respondent/mother, namely, Smt. Sudeepta Basu has agreed to accompany the child to her mother-in-law's house by the father Saibal Basu to facilitate visitation once in a week, on Saturday or Sunday time between 10 a.m. and 12 noon.
The conveyance expenses for the mother to bring the child to her in-law's house shall be borne by the husband.
This Court appreciates that the mother and father have at least for the purpose of
visitation and in the interest of child, have come to an agreement.
The parties may on mutual agreement and after ascertaining any exigency alter the date and time as indicated hereinabove.
In addition to the above days, the father shall also have access to the child for a period of approximately two hours on the birth day of the child on 21st April, 2021.
With the aforesaid observations, C. O.
1122 of 2020 shall stand disposed of.
In view of disposal of C. O. 1122 of 2020, connected application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
Let CPAN 593 of 2020 go out of the list.
