W.P.A. 8221 of 2021 (Manish Prasad Gupta vs. CESC & Anr.) Mr. Indranil Halder .... For the Petitioner This petition relates to splitting of load of electricity. In view of the fact that this is a case of splitting of load, the petitioner is directed to approach the OMBUDSMAN within a period of two weeks from date. If such application is made before the OMBUDSMAN, the OMBUDSMAN is requested to dispose of the said application within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such application upon giving a right of hearing to all the affected parties and pass a reasoned order.

With the aforesaid directions, W.P.A. 8221 of 2021 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
