This matter was returnable on 26th June, 2026 and has been mentioned at the instance of the respondent Yes Bank.

It is submitted on behalf of the respondent Bank that during the pendency of this proceeding, there has been no compliance with the earlier order of Court and the subsequent event of the private respondent no. 3 having been admitted to Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) has occurred on 22 June, 2026.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of all the parties that the writ petition cannot be proceeded with any further, WPA 7472 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a proceeding on the self-same cause, if the circumstances so warrant in accordance with law. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case or on the question of maintainability and all issues are left open to be decided at the appropriate state.
