1. By way of filing this public interest litigation the petitioners seek for removal of a boundary wall alleged to have put up by the respondent no.10 blocking barampath.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the State on instruction submitted that admittedly land belongs to the 10th respondent, a private party. In such circumstances, no writ can be issued as sought for.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is dismissed.
