Messers Shah Traders Mr. Rabindranath Mahato ... For the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India has been filed with a prayer for expeditious hearing of the Other Suit No.113 of 2018 which was filed on 31st May, 2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances, I do not find any reason to ask the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite party. Thus, service of notice upon the opposite party stands dispensed with.

I have perused the materials on record as well as the order impugned.

Accordingly, learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 3rd Court, Paschim Midnapore, is requested to dispose of the Other Suit No.113 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible.

With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application, being CO 954 of 2023, stands disposed of.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner is at liberty to bring this order to the notice of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 3rd Court, Paschim Midnapore, forthwith.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
