1. The petitioner is aggrieved that despite having qualified in 2014 and empanelled for the District Primary School Council, Malda in the year 2020, he has not been issued the letter of appointment.

2. The recommendation by the Board to the District Primary School Council, Malda contained the petitioner's name and roll number. The petitioner most likely did not appear for the counseling.

3. In so far as the petitioner's interview and viva voce conducted for the year 2022 issued on 4th April, 2023, the petitioner does not appear to have qualified.

4. In those circumstances, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this writ petition.

5. The instant writ petition must fail and is hereby dismissed.

6. There will be no order as to costs.
