We have considered the materials on record. The case involves gang rape of the victim. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Evidence of the victim implicates the petitioner. Injuries are also noted in the medical papers. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner Hence, application for bail is rejected.
