He has intimated this court that at least 12 of them have filed different suits in the court of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Rampurhat and in some matters there are status quo order as to the nature, character and possession over the suit scheduled property till 02.03.2022.

The petitioners submit that in the meantime one shop room has been transferred. Therefore, status quo as regards possession has been violated by the plaintiff himself.

Plaintiff clarified that the transfer was done in 2020 whereas the suit was filed in 2021.

I am not entering into such question. The petitioner, if he is so advised, may approach the civil court for submitting the scheme for protecting the interest of the shopkeepers and for taking other steps including vacating of the status quo order.

With the above observation, this writ application is disposed of.
