Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that as no steps have been taken in respect of the complaint which was registered.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Ghola Police Station Case No. 213 of 2022 dated 06.04.2022 was registered for investigation and on conclusion of investigation, final report as 'False' was submitted before the jurisdictional court. Again another case being Ghola Police Station Case No. 324 of 2022 dated 26.05.2022 was registered for investigation on the basis of information furnished by the present petitioner. The investigation was concluded within specified time and another closure report was filed by the police authorities in connection with the aforesaid case.

Having considered that the closure report has been submitted in both the cases, petitioner would exhaust the statutory remedies under the relevant

provisions of Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. In case such an application is filed, learned Magistrate would consider the same in accordance with law within a specific period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 7264 of 2025 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
