1. This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of an application seeking removal of the existing Advocate Commissioner and appointment of a new Advocate Commissioner in Title Suit No.661 of 2016 (FD) pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 3rd Court at Barasat, North 24-Parganas.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that such application had been filed as far as back on February 6, 2025 and the same is yet to be disposed of.

3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of notice of the revisional application along with a notice is not being directed, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date.

4. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of

by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 3rd Court at Barasat to dispose of the aforesaid application filed by the petitioner for removal of the existing Advocate Commissioner and appointment of a new Advocate Commissioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

5. With the aforesaid observations, CO 1105 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs.
