The whole case of the petitioner in this writ petition is that in spite of order of the appellate authority for restoration of his registration, the authority concerned under the WBGST Act has not restored its registration.

In this regard Mr. Siddiqui, learned Additional Government Pleader was asked to take specific instruction by earlier order dated 26th April, 2023 and pursuant to the aforesaid order Mr. Siddiqui submits on the basis of instruction and record that the order of the appellate authority on the basis of which the petitioner is making claim has already been modified on 6th February, 2023 and at present there is no specific order by the appellate authority for restoration of its registration. Learned advocate

for the petitioner submits that such intimation has not been received or served upon the petitioner in its official mail ID.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case this writ petition being WPA 7420 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to furnish a copy of the aforesaid review order to the petitioner within two days from date and petitioner will be at liberty to pursue his remedy if so aggrieved by such order of the appellate authority, in accordance with law.
