1. Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities and to that effect informed the police authorities being Bidhannagar East Police Station on 11th September, 2024. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the order passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bidhannagar in Title Suit No. 378 of 2023 is not implemented by the police authorities inspite of direction being passed upon the Officer-in-Charge, Bidhannagar East Police Station.
2. State has submitted a report which reflects that the police authorities went to the spot informed the individual who had parked the car but there was no cooperation from the side on behalf of the respondent No.4. The steps taken by the police authorities have been registered by way of Bidhannagar East Police Station GDE No. 144 dated
3rd December, 2024. Such a report was already submitted before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bidhannagar on 4th December, 2024.

Since a report has been filed by the police authorities on 4th December, 2024 before the learned Civil Court and the order referred to by the petitioner is of 7th October, 2024, I direct that if the petitioner applies before the Civil Court for necessary directions in respect of violation of the order passed by the learned Civil Court, the said Court would deal with the same in accordance with law.
4. Additionally it is directed that the police authorities would respect obey and implement the order of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bidhannagar and in case they are unable to implement the order they would express the inconveniences to the learned Civil Court.
5. With the above observations, WPA 7284 of 2025 is disposed of.
6. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
