At this stage learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner would not like to press this application and would instead file a protest petition before a trial court in respect of the charge sheet dated 14.3.2024 filed in this case.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty granted to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the learned trial court.
