Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of subsequent events, his client wishes to withdraw the writ petition and file afresh on the self-same cause of action incorporating the said subsequent events. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty reserved to the petitioner to file afresh on the self- same cause of action.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.
