Mr. Sarajit Sen Mr. Tapas Singha Roy ... For the petitioner The only prayer in this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is for a direction upon the learned Judge to expedite the hearing of the suit which is pending since 2012.

Considering the facts and circumstances, I do not find any reason to ask the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite parties. Thus, service of notice upon the opposite parties stands dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Baruipur, South 24-Parganas, is requested to dispose of the Title Suit No.227 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible, without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties, except extreme urgency. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application, being CO 958 of 2023, stands disposed of.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner is at liberty to bring this order to the notice of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Baruipur, South 24-Parganas, forthwith.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
