The petitioners are in custody since 12.02.2020. Records, which have been placed before this Court, reflect that charges were framed on 15.03.2022 and the learned court thereafter by an order dated 18.04.2022 was pleased to fix schedule of trial on and from 26.09.2022. In view of the fact that the petitioners are in custody for more than 2 years 3 months, I direct that the learned trial court after the schedule fixed in the month of September 2022, would fix schedule consisting of three dates on each and every month till the trial of the case is concluded. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1296 of 2022 is disposed of. All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
