Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the minor child of the petitioner has already been recovered.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the report and submits that the petitioner's mother in law had gone away with the minor child. The child has been recovered and returned back to the mother. A specific case being Uluberia PS Case No.85 dated 07.3.2024 is being investigated under Sections 498A and 365 of the IPC. In view of the fact that the minor child of the petitioner has already been recovered, no further order need be passed in this regard.

With these observations, WPA 7864 of 2024 is disposed of.
