The petitioner assailed the blacklisting order issued by the 3rd respondent in respect of his vehicle bearing registration no.WB11C-4078.

It is submitted on behalf of the respondents that the blacklisting order in respect of the petitioner's vehicle has been withdrawn by the authority by a letter issued to the Insurance Company pertaining to the vehicle on 14th July, 2023 and the vehicle has been restored to its original position.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
