The petitioner has joined the Ranaghat P. C.

High School, after being transferred at his own request. The transfer was effected by the School Service Commission. Despite transfer, the petitioner's service has not been formally approved. The petitioner has represented to the Additional District Inspector of Schools, Ranaghat for appropriate approval, which has since been pending.

In that view of the matter, the petitioner's application dated 29.03.2022, made through his learned advocate, shall be considered by the Additional District Inspector of Schools (SE), Ranaghat within a period of three months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
