Learned advocate for the State submits that recovery was from the joint possession of the petitioner of commercial quantity of ganja/contraband.

Having considered that the petitioner is unable to overcome the rigors of Section 37 of the NDPS Act, I am of the opinion that the prayer for bail of the petitioner should be rejected. Accordingly, CRM(NDPS) 409 of 2025 is dismissed. Learned trial court will expedite the process of trial. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
