1. This is an application for relaxation of condition of bail.

2. Status report filed by the State is taken on record.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied the conditions as imposed in the order of granting bail dated 29th March, 2023. She seeks for relaxation of the said conditions.

4. Learned Advocate for the State submits that the petitioner has complied the conditions imposed by this Hon'ble Court.

5. Perused the report of compliance filed by the State as well as the status report.

6. It is found that the victim has already been examined. Further, the petitioner has complied the order of this Hon'ble Court.

7. In view of the above, the condition that "the petitioner shall stay outside the jurisdiction of the Malda police station" is waived. However, the direction "that the petitioner shall meet the Officer-in-Charge/Inspector-in-Charge once in a week till further order of this Court" is modified and the petitioner is directed "to meet Officer-in-Charge/Inspector-in-Charge of the concerned police station once in a month until further orders".

8. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2024 stands disposed of. (Bivas Pattanayak, J.)
