We have considered the materials on record. Victim is a mentally challenged lady. She was ravished by the petitioner. Statement of the mother of the victim implicates the petitioner. Under such circumstances and in view of the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, application for bail is rejected.
