Subsequently, at the time of signing the order, confusion cropped up with regard to the period of granting interest on delayed payment of gratuity according to the revised pension payment order. From which date such interest as per revised pension payment order on gratuity is to be allowed in favour of the writ petitioner needs to be ascertained and for which the learned advocate representing the writ petitioner needs to be heard again.
