A.G.P., Mr. Supratim Dhar, Mr. Suddhadev Adak ...for the State respondents Mr. Siddiqui, learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State respondents submits that the Department of Land and Land Reforms and Refugee Relief and Rehabilitation, Government of West Bengal has taken a decision on the prayer made by the writ petitioner for long- term lease in respect of the land in question. He submitted that the said decision shall be communicated to the petitioner in due course. Let the report, as produced, be kept on record.

In view thereof, we are of the view that nothing remains to be decided in the writ petition and, accordingly, the same is disposed of.

However, it is expected that the decision so taken by the Department shall be communicated to the petitioner without unnecessary delay.
