1. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he was not permitted to complete his submission and impugned order dated 26.11.2024 was passed by learned Single Judge against which he intends to file review petition.

2. In view of such submission, this intra-court appeal is disposed of by reserving liberty to the appellant to file review petition, if law permits.

3. Accordingly, FMA 632 of 2025 and CAN 1 of 2025 are disposed of.
