It is submitted there was free fight between the parties. Case and counter case were registered. He prays for bail.

Leavened lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of eye-witnesses implicate the petitioner as one of the assailants. Victim suffered multiple injuries and died.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Hence, application for bail is rejected.
