Mrs. Pritha Bhaumik ..for the petitioners Mr. Sirsanya Bandopadhyay Mr. Ritesh Kr. Ganguly ..for the State Mrs. Pritha Bhaumik, learned Advocate for the petitioners informs this Court that the activation of ration cards of both the petitioners is complete. She only seeks that the writ petition be disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.4 to cooperate with the petitioners in distribution of ration items.

Mr. Ritesh Kr. Ganguly, learned Advocate for the State-respondent assures that since the ration cards of the petitioners are now activated, the FPS dealer would accordingly deliver ration items to the petitioners. In view of the above submissions made at the Bar, the respondent no.4, FPS dealer, is to deliver the ration items to the petitioners following the existing rules and regulations.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition being W.P.A. 7907 of 2024 stands disposed of.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of necessary legal formalities.
