This writ petition has preferred seeking a direction upon the concerned respondent to issue work order in favour of the petitioner for supply of cooked meal to the concerned school in terms of the resolution adopted on August 9, 2009 and praying for cancellation of the impugned order dated 22.01.2010.

I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
