Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that during pendency of the writ petition, it has come to the knowledge of the petitioners that the respondentauthorities have furnished reasons for the rejection of the petitioners' bid which was one of the primary grounds of the writ petition.

2. Accordingly, the petitioners seek to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to sue afresh on the self-same and subsequent causes of action.

3. Accordingly, WPA No. 7881 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to sue afresh before the appropriate forum on the self-same and subsequent causes of action.

4. There will be no order as to costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
