Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report.

The petitioner no.1 has consented to allow the respondent nos. 7 to 11 to organize the Ram Navami Programme for the year 2025.

On and from the next year if the respondents intend to do the same, they would seek permission from the petitioner and thereafter organize any programme. This is subject to the Administrative Authorities permitting such programme to be held at the relevant venue.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 7163 of 2025 is disposed of.

Written instruction submitted by Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate for the State be kept with the record. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
