Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant and perused the revision petition and the application for condonation of delay.

It appears that the impugned order was passed in favour of the wife/opposite party No.1 on 28.06.2018 and the present revisional application challenging the said order was affirmed for filing on 25.03.2025, purportedly after nearly 2457 days. The explanation provided is not sufficient. Covid period began in 2020. There is no satisfactory explanation even for before such period or after.

Thus, the application for condonation of delay is rejected. The revisional application, accordingly, stands disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
