The petitioner, a teacher of Dhuliyan High Madrasah (H.E.), is raising an issue with regard to the financial irregularity in the Madrasah.

According to the petitioner the financial irregularity has been committed by the members of the Managing Committee including the erstwhile Teachersin-Charge of the Madrasah. The petitioner raised an objection before the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Murshidabad. The petitioner claims that the said representation dated March 29, 2022 is annexed at page 22 of the writ petition.

I have perused the said representation but the same appears to be extremely sketchy and vague. As there is an allegation with regard to financial irregularity, the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Murshidabad is directed to cause an independent enquiry to ascertain whether there has actually been any financial irregularity after verifying the bank pass books and the work done on receipt of the funds from the Government.

The District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Murshidabad shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the necessary parties and thereafter pass an order as to whether there was any financial irregularity or not and if there be any financial irregularity, the person or persons responsible for the same.

The enquiry shall be conducted strictly in accordance with law within a period of ninety days from the date of communication of a copy of this order. The report of the enquiry shall be forwarded to the interested parties immediately thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties after completion of all legal formalities.
