Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the private respondent is raising construction on the land classified as 'Doba' without conversion of the same and without obtaining any sanction from the concerned Panchayat.

Learned counsel for the private respondent admits the allegations raised by the petitioner and submits that the construction raised in the Dag No.185 may be directed to be demolished.

The private respondent is directed to demolish the alleged construction in question in Dag No.185 within a week from date.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be dealt with in the writ petition. The same is disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
