This case pertains to the year 2018. The petitioner has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of case No.353-C of 2014 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Kalyani, Nadia. In spite of filing this application, no one turned up on behalf of the petitioner. It indicates that the petitioner is no more interested to proceed with the instant case. Accordingly, CRR 977 of 2018 is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
