This is an application pending since 2018. The instant application has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, seeking quashing of proceedings being Complaint Case No. 524/2003 pending before the learned 7th Metropolitan Magistrate at Calcutta.

However, even on earlier occasion, neither the petitioners were represented, nor any accommodation sought for. Accordingly, the instant revisional application being CRR 985 of 2018 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
