It is submitted on behalf of WBSEDCL that they have been able to ascertain all the records and particulars pertaining to the principal as well as the interest component, which is due and payable to the petitioner in respect of refund of security deposit.

In view of the above, WPA 7701 of 2026 stands disposed of by directing both the petitioner and the representative of the WBSEDCL to have a joint sitting to ascertain the exact amount which is due and payable by the WBSEDCL to the petitioner and WBSEDCL is directed to pay the same within 7 days from the date of such ascertainment.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to apply, if the circumstances so warrant.
