Petitioner appearing in person has furnished a list of 10 witnesses. He has filed an affidavit, which includes a list of witnesses he intends to produce in course of the trial at the appropriate stage of the proceedings.

The ordersheet so enclosed in connection with the present revisional application reflects that on 30th December, 2022 the learned trial court being the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Kalyani, Nadia was pleased to fix 28-04-2023 as the next date for evidence before the charge. Petitioner appearing in person also submits that there was no progress on the date so fixed and subsequent dates have been fixed by the learned trial court. Having considered the plight expressed by the petitioner, I am of the opinion that the complaint case was initiated in the year 2008 and the evidence before charge is proceeding in the year 2023. Accordingly, the learned trial court on and from the next date onwards would fix one date in every 15 days so that the evidence before charge is completed by 30th September, 2024. At

the next stage if the learned trial court considers that there are materials for charges to be framed, the learned trial court would thereafter proceed with the case in accordance with law. All efforts be taken for concluding the evidence before charge by 30th September, 2024. The affidavit containing the list which has been filed before this court be also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Kalyani, Nadia on the next date so fixed. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1127 of 2023 is disposed of.
