1. The petitioner has field the present writ application praying for setting aside the impugned order of appointment of training for training dated march 21, 2026 issued by the respondent No. 4.

2. Learned counsel for the Election Commission of India has handed over an order of April 1, 2026 issued by the Additional District Magistrate (LR) wherein it is informed that the appointments for 1st training were generated for 26 employees of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission. Only 2 employees out of

26 attended the training programme. All 26 aforementioned employees have been exempted from the polling personnel duty through EMMS portal. The communication submitted by the learned counsel for the Election Commission of India be kept with the record.

3. As the authorities have exempted 26 employees from the polling personnel duty, accordingly, this Court did not find any further in this writ application.

4. WPA 7553 of 2026 is disposed of.

5. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

6. Urgent Photostat certified copy, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
