The present revision of the year 2019 is against an order dated 27.02.2019 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Basirhat, in connection with Maintenance Case No. 119/2018 thereby rejecting the prayer for interim maintenance to the petitioner.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.
