1. A report furnished by the State be kept with the record.

2. The order passed on 8th April, 2024 whereby the present petitioner/accused person was directed to appear before the learned Trial Court on every date of hearing and a report of the investigating officer Asansol (South) once in a week until further order.

3. According to the petitioner, he is accordingly comply with the order, the report submitted before this Court also support the said condition, the trial is commenced and date is fixed for taking evidence of P.W.

4. At this stage, this Court is of the view that the condition imposed upon the petitioner be relaxed and in stead of appearance before the I.O. once in a week it would be once in fortnight or until further order.

5. Accordingly, the application being, I.A. No. CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of.
