Learned advocate representing the petitioners submits that the grievance of the petitioners as ventilated by filing the present writ petition has been redressed vide memo dated 31st May, 2018 issued by the Chairman, Bhatpara Municipality. A copy of such memo dated 31st May, 2018 is filed by the petitioners before this Court and the same is taken on record.

In view of such submission being made on behalf of the petitioners nothing remains to be decided in the writ petition, accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
