It appears from record annexed to the writ petition that against the grievance raised in this writ petition, petitioner has made a representation before the respondent authorities concerned by a letter dated 17th December, 2023, being Annexure P-8, which according to the petitioner is pending.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 7940 of 2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent authorities concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 17th December, 2023, in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after

providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorized representatives, within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
