It appears that an FIR being Panskura Police Station Case No. 420 of 2020 dated 03.12.2020 (incorrectly stated as 429 of 2020 dated 05.04.2020 in the order dated 6th April, 2022), registered on the petitioner's compliant has also resulted in a charge sheet being Panskura Police Station Case No. 511 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020, under Sections 341/323/325/506/34 of the IPC.

In that view of the matter, nothing further remains to be decided in the instant writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 8299 of 2021 shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The instructions of the Panskura Police Station dated 13.04.2022, be kept with the record. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
