Emran Ali @ Mintu Mullick ... ...Petitioner Mr. Abu Abbas Uddin, Mr. Nahid Rahman, Advocates ... ... For the Petitioner Mr. Saswata Gopal Mukherjee, ld. PP Mr. Aniket Mitra, Ms. Mamata Jana, Advocates ... ...For the State Petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition of the anticipatory bail requiring the petitioner not to enter the territorial jurisdiction of the Jangipara police station except for the purpose of attending the court proceeding and or/ investigation as and when necessary until further order. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied with the above condition as of now. The police filed charge sheet and, therefore, further such condition of anticipatory bail may be waived.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits on the basis of the written instruction that there is no adverse report as against the petitioner as of now. The written instruction of SI of Police Jangipara PS, Hooghly is taken on record.

Considering the fact that the police filed charge sheet, we deem it appropriate to relax the condition requiring the petitioner not to enter the territorial jurisdiction of the Jangipara police station except for the purpose of attending the court proceeding and or/ investigation as and when necessary until further order. All other portion of the order granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner will remain the same.
