The petitioner has assailed an order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas on 24th December, 2025 whereby the said authority has observed that the petitioner has encroached upon the Government land and has raised construction therein without any building approval plan or Panchayat permission.

The petitioner seeks to withdraw the application and take necessary steps before the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. Such liberty is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
