Records reveal that the petitioners preferred two original applications being O.A. No.215 of 2024 and O.A. No.4043 of 2023. The first application being O.A. No.215 of 2024 was heard on 4th March, 2024 and the second original application was heard on 13th February, 2024 and by the said orders both the applications have been fixed for further hearing on 24th May, 2024.

Challenging the refusal of an interim order in the first original application being O.A. No.215 of 2024, the petitioners preferred a writ petition before this Court being WPLRT 15 of 2024 which, upon

contested hearing, was dismissed by an order dated 9th February, 2024. By filing the present writ petition the petitioners have prayed for expeditious disposal of the said original applications.

This Court cannot issue any direction for speedy disposal unless there is a justification or acceptable reason for issuing any such direction. In the said conspectus, no interference is called for in the present writ petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties.
