In view of the long absconsion of the petitioner and the complicity of the petitioner in an incident involving the POCSO Act, 2012, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 1286 of 2023 is dismissed.
