This revisional application has been filed praying for expeditious disposal of Misc. Appeal No. 14 of 2019, pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track First Court at Barrackpore.

Records reveal that the appeal and an application for stay has been filed by the petitioner in 2019, but the application for stay has not yet been disposed of. Dates have been fixed for hearing of the appeal along with the application and written objection. Till date, the written objection has not been filed and the learned court below has adjourned the hearing of the appeal and the application filed therein.

Without going into the merits of the Misc Appeal and this revisional application is disposed of directing the learned court below to dispose of the Misc. Appeal along with the pending application upon allowing one last chance to the opposite parties

to file their written objection positively within a period of two months from the next date fixed. Learned court below shall proceed independently and in accordance with law on the merits of the appeal.

Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application along with the server copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.

The revisional application is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible subject to compliance of all usual formalities.
