Sushil Kumar Bandyapadhyay v. Union Of India
23.09.2021 Ct. No.23 pg.
IN THE HIGH COURT AT CALCUTTA
CONSTITUTIONAL WRIT JURISDICTION APPELLATE SIDE RVW 955 of 2007 in WPA 6936 of 2005 Sushil Kumar Bandyapadhyay Vs.
Union of India & Ors.
This is an application for review. The matter has been appearing in the list for a considerable period of time but no one responded when the same was called. The matter was, therefor, directed to be placed in the list today marked as "Last Chance". Even today, no one appears on behalf of the review applicant/petitioner or the respondents.
After considering the grounds of review, I do not find any of the conditions analogous to the provisions enumerated in Order XLVII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 is either attracted or fulfilled. The review petition is, therefor, devoid of merits and the same is dismissed, however, without any order as to costs.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
